Cancellation & Refund Policy
We will return the amount in case the item is returned.
Any item has to be returned within 72 hours of purchase time via courier or through vendor’s site.
The returned product need to be unused and sealed for us to accept return and refund the amount.
In Case of damaged product
You need to lodge a formal complaint with the company in case of a damaged item. You need to send a mail marking our address on the subject line and attaching the scanned copy of bill. Once the complaint is approved we will start the final procedure.
Damage of product needs to be sent with a box opening video. Or else we will not be able to accept any bottles with or without the seal.
